Service Description

Again this year we have reintroduced our uniform fitting service by appointment at our Halstead store for schools in the local Halstead area. (Mersea and Brightlingsea Schools do not book at their local shops.) Each appointment is UP TO 30 minutes and is for one child, so ideally for another child of the same family you will need to book another 30 minute slot. However, we will do our best to accommodate both children within the one booking slot if we can. For 3 or more children of the same family we will ask you to book another time slot. Please leave this detail in the message box in the required information page at the end of booking. You can book online via the link below or give our shop a ring on 01787 472079 we can book you in. If you are unable to book an appointment, don't worry just pop in the shop and we will fit you in in-between the appointments, but you may sometimes have to wait a short while until one of our staff is available to assist you. You can also order online or over the phone for delivery or collection from the shop, don't worry, any unworn wrong sizes items you have ordered can always be returned within 10 days of purchase, for an exchange. We will always do our very best to make your visit as hassle free as possible during this very busy period. Please book as early as you can as it becomes very busy towards the return to School dates and stock could become limited.
