Refunds/Returns​

Refund policy:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any product, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the purchase price.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

You will be responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

All goods must be returned in a new and unworn condition with the original tags attached.
When we receive your return, it will be inspected and if passed, we will issue your refund within 2 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for this credit to show into your account.

Goods that have been worn, returned damaged or without any tags will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item(s) for a different size, you must return the item(s) to the address above and we will refund you the amount for the item(s). Please note we do not refund postage. Once this has been processed, then you may wish to purchase a different size or style from our website.

As a customer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Regulations”) to cancel the order at anytime up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the product(s). If within 14 days, you need to return the item (s), please kind advise us why you are returning them by email: info@baldwins-departmentstores.co.uk or by phone on 01255 242218, so that we can prepare for their arrival.

When ordering online, if for any reason, you would like to return the item to us, you can do so at your own expense regarding postage cost. We will refund you for the goods bought from our website, but the delivery charge will not be refunded. We also advise you to post the returning items to us with a tracking option for their security and for your added peace of mind that it will get to us safely.​

Online Purchases​

 Delivery Costs: 

Please note our delivery charge is £5.99 (You can order as many items as you wish and you will only pay £5.99 per order).

Alternatively, you can collect your order from one of our stores, you can select in your basket cart to be delivered to one of our stores free of charge.
